• The Quinceañera should have received her Sacrament of Confirmation or be in Confirmation Classes.

• Must attend Quinceañera classes. Saint Thomas does not have a set scheduled date to when they will have Quinceañera classes, but it will be announced as soon as a date and time is scheduled.

• For the celebration of the Quinceañera, parents are responsible for providing the following: Lectors, Communion Ministers, Altar Servers, parish choir

• When decorating the Chapel, do not use adhesive tape or nails to place decorations

• If you need vases for your flowers, The have many for your use. Please plan before the celebration

• Decorations must be removed after the celebration

• To take pictures or videos during the celebration, we only allow one photographer and the video camera can be set up. They should speak with the priests before the celebration begins. The Priest will designate where the photographers can stand and the video camera can be set up.

• Plans for the celebration should be kept simple, with an emphasis on the spiritual significance of the event

• All chambelanes and Damas must respect all the rules of the church: no chewing gum, no cell phones

• Everyone at the evemt is expected to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation in preparation for the celebration. They occur on the following days: Wednesdays, Saturdays, or any day by appointment

• The scheduled time for the Quinceañera is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please arrive at the Church half an hour before the celebration

• The  parish stipend for the Quinceañera celebration is $250.00 and must be paid at least a month before the Mass.
