Diocese of Salt Lake City offers a guide for people with immigration needs
Hello, I’m Father Rogelio Felix! I'm from Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico, and I was born
on February 1, 1977. I received all my education and training in Philosophy and Theology in the Seminary of Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, and was ordained as a priest on January 29, 2005, at my parish in Navojoa, Sonora. I served in different ministries and parishes in Sonora for 12 years before moving to the Diocese of Salt Lake in 2016. I've been at St. Thomas Aquinas parish for almost 4 1/2 years.
My name is Father Robin Cruz. I was born in San Pablo City, Laguna Philippines on August 10, 1975. I was ordained a priest on December 1, 2003. I studied Philosophy in the college seminary of St. Francis De Sales, Lipa City and theology in St. Alphonsus Regional seminary in Lucena, City. I was assigned to several parishes back in my country after my ordination for 19 years before coming to the Diocese of Salt Lake City. I came to Utah on March 4, 2022 and was temporarily assigned at the Cathedral, after a month I was assigned in the Parish of St. Thomas Aquinas. I am happy to share my priestly ministry to the people of God here in the Diocese of Salt Lake City
I was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. My education includes a B.S. in Marketing and a M.S. in Taxation. My wife Maggie and I were married on September 12, 1970. We have been blessed with two sons, two daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren. I received the Sacrament of Holy Orders from Bishop Robert Brom of the Diocese of San Diego in 2004. Maggie and I moved to Cache Valley in 2006 where I have been a Deacon at St. Thomas Aquinas since that time.
